Dr. Raul E. Perez
Dr. Perez is a founder of the Company and currently serves as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Dr. Perez is the President of Oakwood Medical Investors, a St. Louis, Missouri based life science venture capital fund where he has successfully funded over 40 life science companies. Dr. Perez received his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University in 1972, and his MD degree from University UAG in Mexico, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore (at the Maryland General Hospital) in 1976, and completed four years of post-graduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri in 1981. Dr. Perez is a board certified OB/GYN and practiced medicine for 19 years in private practice though July 2000. He was also a director of Miravant Medical Technologies (formerly known as PDT Inc.) a publicly-traded biomedical company from 1992 to 1999, and was formerly advisory director to Computer Motion Inc, a publicly-traded medical device company which merged with Intuitive Surgical, Inc.
Bevil J. Hogg
Mr. Hogg is a founder of the Company and currently serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hogg serves on the Board of Directors of two healthcare related companies; Pulse Therapeutics (nano-particle treatment of ischemic stroke) and Specialists on Call (neurology telemedicine). Mr. Hogg served as Chief Executive Officer of Stereotaxis, Inc., from June 1997 until his retirement on December 31, 2008. Stereotaxis is a publicly traded medical device Company (NASDAQ: STXS) based in St. Louis, Missouri. From 1994 through 1996 Mr. Hogg served as President and Chief Executive officer of Everest & Jennings International Ltd., a publicly traded manufacturer of wheelchairs and other hospital, home care and nursing home products. Prior to Everest & Jennings, he was the founder of three companies, including Trek Bicycle Corporation, which has estimated current annual revenues in excess of $600M. Mr. Hogg received a Diplôme Superior d 'Études Françaises from the Sorbonne (University of Paris, France).
Dr. Virender K. Sharma
Dr. Sharma is a founder of the Company and currently serves as its Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Sharma graduated from the All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, India. He completed his internship in internal medicine at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center (SUNY HSC), Brooklyn, New York, his residency at SUNY HSC, Syracuse, New York, and his subspecialty training in gastroenterology at the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina. He completed course work for an MPH at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Sharma was a Professor of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Director of the Esophageal Clinic at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Currently Dr. Sharma serves as the Director of the Arizona Center of Digestive Health and Governor for Arizona for the American College of Gastroenterology. He is also the past President of the Phoenix GI society.
Peggy Stohr
Ms. Stohr serves EndoStim as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yurbuds, the 2009 Forbes 9th Most Promising Company from 2009 to 2011. From 1999 to 2009, she was with Stereotaxis, Inc. (STXS), most recently as VP Administration and Controller where she was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting (including Sarbannes Oxley compliance), human resources and company administration. Prior to joining Stereotaxis, Ms. Stohr served in progressive financial and administrative management positions for two Boston-area software companies - Transparent Language, Inc. and (CNT) Brixton Systems, Inc. She began her career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand in Boston, MA and is a certified public accountant. Ms. Stohr earned an M.B.A. from Washington University, St. Louis, an M.S. (Tax) from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
Shai Policker
Mr. Policker serves as the Company's Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations. Mr. Policker has more than twelve years experience in the medical device industry leading innovative groups through the process of research, development and clinical testing of technologies addressing various therapeutic areas. Most recently Mr. Policker was Vice President Business Development for MetaCure, Inc., who developed an implantable device for type 2 diabetes. Prior, he served as the Vice President for Research at Impulse Dynamics, Inc. Mr. Policker's responsibilities evolved from project management into leading research programs, and more recently to business responsibilities such as strategic collaborations and international product distribution. He was also responsible for coordinating the due diligence efforts of several venture investment rounds. Mr. Policker has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. He is the author of nine papers in peer-reviewed journals and numerous conference abstracts. He is also an inventor of five issued U.S. patents.
Paul Goode, PhD.
Dr. Goode serves as the Company's Senior Vice President of Research and Development. Dr. Goode has fifteen years of experience working with implantable and external medical devices for use in cardiology and diabetes. Prior to joining EndoStim, Dr. Goode was Vice President of Research and Development for MetaCure, Inc., an implantable stimulator company for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Prior to joining MetaCure in 2006, he served as Director of Engineering for Impulse Dynamics, an implantable stimulator company for the treatment of congestive heart failure. Prior to this, Dr. Goode was Director of Engineering for DexCom, a glucose sensor company with both implantable and external sensing products. Dr. Goode has also gained experience in glucose sensing from MiniMed (now Medtronic Diabetes), where he served as a Senior Engineer. Prior, he worked at Guidant Corporation (now Boston Scientific) and Intermedics (now Boston Scientific) as a Senior Scientist and Engineer, respectively. Dr. Goode received his BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is also an inventor of 27 issued US patents.
Michael G Lightfoot
Mr. Lightfoot serves as the Company's Director of Operations. He has previous experience working at Stereotaxis, Inc., as well as with several other early stage medical device and biotechnology companies. Mr. Lightfoot received an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the University of California, San Diego, with a focus on entrepreneurship and life technologies.

Douglas French
Mr. French is a founder and Managing Director of Santé Ventures, an investor in early life science and healthcare companies. Mr. French is the past President and Chief Executive Officer of the $14 billion Ascension Health system and creator of the $125 million Ascension Health Ventures corporate fund. Immediately prior to founding Santé Ventures, Mr. French served as a healthcare Venture Partner with Austin Ventures. With more than 25 years experience in the field of healthcare and a vast network of relationships, he is one of the most respected and recognized leaders in the industry. He is known as an innovative and creative leader, a successful risk taker, and superb developer of people and organizations. Mr. French serves on the boards of Herman Miller (MLHR) and Emageon (EMAG), and is a prior board member of Ascension Health, Catholic Healthcare West and the Catholic Healthcare Association. Mr. French holds a B.S. Degree from Trevecca Nazarene College in Nashville, Tennessee and a Masters in Hospital and Health Services Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Jeff McDonnell
Mr. McDonnell currently serves on the board of several St. Louis companies including KETC, the St. Louis metro region public TV station, The Center for Emerging Technologies, a non-profit technology incubator and Love Savings Holding Company, a small savings and loan holding company. He also sits on the investment and oversight committees for venture capital firms Oakwood Medical and Rivervest. Mr. McDonnell currently holds certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Fred C. Goad
Mr. Goad is currently a member of Voyent Partners, LLC, a private investment company. He previously served as co-chief executive officer of the transaction services division of WebMD Corporation, a provider of healthcare transaction, information and technology services. Mr. Goad served as senior advisor to the office of the president of the transaction services division of Quintiles Transnational Corporation, a contract research company providing a wide range of clinical research services for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Goad served as co-chief executive officer and chairman of Envoy, a provider of electronic transaction processing services for the healthcare industries prior to its acquisition by Quintiles. Mr. Goad is currently a director of Luminex Corporation (LMNX) and has served on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Goad holds a B.S. in business from the University of Virginia.
Dr. Ralph Dacey Jr.
Dr. Dacey is currently the Henry G. and Edith R. Schwartz Professor and Chairman of the Department of Neurological Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. He received a B.A. degree from Harvard University, and his M.D. degree from the University of Virginia. He subsequently served as a resident at UVA in both internal medicine and neurological surgery. He was an American College of Surgeons Schering Scholar, a postdoctoral fellow in physiology and worked as a neurosurgical registrar in Plymouth, England. Dr. Dacey is board certified in Internal Medicine and Neurological Surgery. Following his post-graduate training he became an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. He subsequently was appointed Professor and Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at the University of North Carolina, in Chapel Hill. Dr. Dacey serves as Chairman of the Residency Review Committee for Neurosurgery, and Vice President of the Society of Neurological Surgeons. He is also consultant neurosurgeon for the St. Louis Rams, St. Louis Blues and the St. Louis Cardinals sports teams.

Steven Edmundowicz, M.D., FASGE
Dr. Edmundowicz is a professor of medicine in the division of gastroenterology at the Washington University School of Medicine. He is chief of endoscopy and director of interventional endoscopy at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Edmundowicz is active in clinical practice, clinical investigation, teaching and administration. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, Dr. Edmundowicz earned his MD from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
Roger de la Torre, M.D.
Dr. de la Torre is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he is the Chief of the Division of General Surgery, and Director of the University's Bariatric Program. He currently holds more than 40 patents, mostly in the field of surgery. He has been recognized as a Center of Excellence Surgeon in Bariatric Surgery by the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. And he has been awarded on three separate occasions for proficiency and excellence in the operating room by vote of his peers as well as by surgical residents and Fellows. Dr. de la Torre received his BA degree with honors from the University of Notre Dame and his MD from Indiana University School of Medicine.
George Triadafilopoulos, M.D., DSC, FACP, FACG, FASGE, AGAF
Dr. Triadafilopoulos is clinical professor of medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, California. He also serves as a consultant gastroenterologist for the El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, California. Dr. Triadafilopoulos attended the Aristotelian University Medical School, Thessaloniki, Greece, where he received his M.D., summa cum laude. He earned a DSc with honors from Patras Medical School, Patras, Greece. His internship in internal medicine was completed at the Wayne State University Affiliated Hospitals, Detroit, Michigan, and a clinical and research fellowship in gastroenterology was completed at Boston University Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts.
Edy E Soffer, M.D.
Dr. Soffer is Co-Director of the GI Motility Laboratory in the Division of Gastroenterology, and Consultant Physician, Department of Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. His primary areas of research involve innovative treatments for gastroparesis and obesity. Dr. Soffer is Board certified in internal medicine with a subspecialty in gastroenterology. Dr. Soffer received his medical degree from Technion School of Medicine in Haifa, Israel. He completed internships at Soroka Medical Center in Beer-Sheva, Israel and at Coney Island Hospital in New York, where he also completed a residency in internal medicine.
